Lake Erie, Long Point Beach

I
came to Canada in the year of 1990 on the 10th of November, the day
after my birthday. I met Brad on May 05, 1991 on the way to a Christian
Conference in New Market Ontario. We became friends and we liked to
meet in a coffee shop and talk about our lives. We also attended the
same Church. It used to be Guelph Community Church (a non-denomination
Org.)
On June 26, 1993 at the wedding of our friends Mary
and Tim he surprised me by asking me to go out for a walk. We walked
down the parking lot and we sat down on the bench outside the Canadian
Legion where the wedding was. He surprised me again by asking me on a real date and so that was the beginning of our romance.
On
July 01 we went on our first official date. Brad took me South to Lake
Erie ending up at Long Point Beach. We strolled along the shore. He
stole a kiss on my cheek and said “That’s from Jim” “Cute”.
