Did you ever wonder how much gold there is in the world? I used to think it was only kept in very large amounts by Pharaohs in Egypt and Kings throughout history. King Tut’s tomb was simply amazing to see when I was a kid and the closest I ever thought I’d get to touch any sizable amount of gold.
Of course later I learned that gold is found almost everywhere in our world, from the usual (or not so usual depending on where you’re at) gold coins, to the electronic circuits in my laptop and the crowns on teeth.
It’s still amazing to think that there is a limited quantity of gold in the entire world still. If only I could get my hands on more of it!
