I never dream of owning a house before but when you are rented an apartment for a very long time you feel that you are wasting your money. A lot of people feel that too that’s why buying house is best. Well I know that but buying a house is also expensive if you don’t have savings. All I can say is when you are planning to buy a house make sure you have money for down payment and preferably 10 percent is great. Why? Well so the monthly payment is lower and you don’t problem later on. There are still other expenses aside from the mortgage you know and it will help if the down payment is big amount. It’s also depends on what kind of house you want and how big it is. Most young couples with kids prefer townhouses. We all have our own dream house. You might prefer Landfall real estate perhaps just simple condo. Well whatever it is it involves money and effort. My dream house is just simple but I want big one since I have kids. It can wait though. I’m willing to work hard for my dream house so that’s what I’m doing right now!
