There is a similar piece of software called Employee Monitoring Software that gives employers the same level of control and supervision that my husband achieved using his program.  With the increasing ability of companies to let their employees take their work home with them or even to work entirely from home, the job of an employer or supervisor has become a little more challenging to say the least.  How are they going to keep track of an employees work and productivity from miles away – from where they can’t even see their employees?

This is a problem that might have seemed insurmountable for a time, but with the kind of technology that we’re talking about – the Employee Monitoring Software  – it has become a piece of cake.  Employers can simply log on to the software and begin supervising their employees almost as if their employees had never left the room.

I don’t know where this technology or Employee Monitoring Software is ultimately going to land us.  But with the increasing trend for employers and employees to take their work home with them and even take their job home with them there had to be a way to give the boss a level of control that might never appeared without the level of sophistication in this software.

There are also greater opportunities to try your luck in the exciting world of online games.  Again, there was a time, when you could only enjoy these types of games by getting in your car, driving hundreds of miles and spending unnecessary amounts on gas and food and lodging.  Now it’s as easy – and cheap – as clicking your mouse on a website.
